Nashik Farmers Receive ₹86.51 Crore in Loan Waiver

Maharashtra is waiving certain loans for eligible farmers in Nashik district.

In the second payment phase, 9,731 farmers received ₹86.51 crore.

The money was sent to their bank accounts on August 24, 2026.

Earlier, 20,341 farmers received ₹173.69 crore in the first phase.

Altogether, 30,072 farmers have received ₹260.21 crore.

Some farmers still need to complete Aadhaar authentication before receiving benefits.

Officials are also checking complaints about personal and loan information.

Farmers can complete authentication for free at an Aaple Sarkar Centre or e-Seva Centre.
