Modi Urges SCO to Turn Security, Connectivity Vision Into Outcomes
Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke at a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation in Bishkek.
He said the group should turn its plans into real results.
India’s main ideas are security, connectivity and opportunity.
Modi said countries should work together against terrorism and its money, recruiters and safe places.
He said wars should be settled through talking and diplomacy instead of fighting.
He also said roads, trade routes and other connections must respect each country’s sovereignty.
The meeting listed 13 cooperation outcomes.
These covered drugs, energy, disasters, crime, climate change, information and artificial intelligence.
Modi also encouraged more cooperation among young people, businesses, scientists and communities.

The summit produced 13 listed outcomes covering security, anti-narcotics cooperation, energy, emergencies, crime, climate change, information and artificial intelligence.
The outcomes included new programmes, statements, protocols and memoranda intended to strengthen cooperation among SCO member states through 2030 and beyond.
