CM Yogi Adityanath Pays Tribute to Ramchandra Das Maharaj
A very important leader from India, named Yogi Adityanath, went to a holy place in a city called Ayodhya.
He was there to remember a saint named Paramhans Ramchandra Das Ji Maharaj, who had passed away 23 years ago.
This saint worked very hard for many years to help build a big temple for Lord Ram, an important god for many people in India.
The leader talked about history and said that if the old political party called Congress had been stronger in 1947, India would not have been split into two countries.
He also said that a party called the Samajwadi Party did not punish people who had hurt Hindus during riots in a place called Sambhal.
He praised the new Ram Temple in Ayodhya and said the city is much cleaner and nicer now.
He said that people who are against Lord Ram will always be opposed, and that those who fought for the temple should be remembered.
The leader also said that the government has removed illegal buildings near holy places in Sambhal and is giving the land to poor people.
Many other saints and holy people were also at the event, honouring the memory of the great saint.
UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath paid tribute to Paramhans Ramchandra Das Ji Maharaj on his 23rd death anniversary at Digambar Akhara in Ayodhya.
The CM said Congress's failure to take a firm stand in 1947 caused the Partition of India and that a leader like PM Narendra Modi would have prevented the massacre of lakhs of Hindus.
Adityanath recalled that Paramhans Ji dedicated his life from 1949 to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi movement and the construction of a grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
He criticised the Samajwadi Party, alleging it withdrew all Sambhal riot cases in 1996 and granted relief to killers of Hindus.
Adityanath said action was taken against identified rioters in Sambhal in 2024 and vowed that those opposed to Lord Ram will be confronted 'till the last breath'.
