TTD Extends Tirupati SSD Token Cancellation Through September 24
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has temporarily stopped issuing special darshan tokens in Tirupati.
This pause will continue from September 21 to September 24.
The decision was made because many pilgrims are visiting for the Salakatla Brahmotsavams.
The tokens are usually given at three centres in Tirupati.
These centres are Srinivasam, Vishnu Nivasam and Bhudevi Complex.
Tokens for visiting on September 25 will be issued on September 24.
During the festival’s sixth day, 528 artists performed in 19 groups.
Malayappa Swamy was carried on the Gaja Vahanam during the celebration.
TTD will not issue Slotted Sarva Darshan tokens in Tirupati from September 21 through 24.
The cancellation was extended because of the heavy pilgrim rush linked to the Salakatla Brahmotsavams.
Tokens for darshan on September 25 will be issued on September 24.
The affected token centres are Srinivasam, Vishnu Nivasam and Bhudevi Complex.
