Mysuru gets 120 electric buses under PM-e Bus Sewa scheme
A city in India called Mysuru is getting 120 new buses that run on electricity instead of petrol or diesel.
These are called electric buses.
The buses come from a government program called PM-e Bus Sewa, which wants to put 10,000 electric buses in cities all over India.
The new buses will drive on routes inside Mysuru, so people can use them to travel around the city.
Right now, electric buses already travel between Mysuru and another city called Bengaluru, and passengers like them.
Some of the old buses in Mysuru are getting very old, so the new buses will help keep the fleet strong.
The city is also preparing special places at four bus depots where the buses can charge their batteries.
