Gurugram woman held over viral video of domestic worker assault
A video on the internet showed a woman hurting her house helper.
The woman's name is Ruchira Sachdeva, and she is 52 years old.
In the clip, she appears to slap the helper and pull her hair.
The helper is a grown-up from Nepal who worked at Sachdeva's home for over two years.
The video was recorded from a neighbour's window and was about 90 seconds long.
Many people saw it online and got very upset.
Police arrested Sachdeva even though no one filed a complaint.
