In the video, a 52-year-old woman appears to hurt the person who works as a domestic helper in her home.

Many people saw the video and shared it widely online.

The police in Gurugram also saw the video.

Even though no formal complaint was filed first, the police took suo motu cognizance, meaning they decided to investigate on their own.

After seeing the video, the police arrested the woman.

The person who appears to be hurt in the video is a female domestic worker.

The police have now started an investigation into what happened.
