That younger woman was a domestic helper, someone who works in another person's home.

Police said the older woman, Ruchira Sachdeva, hit the helper after they argued about work.
The helper left her job a few days later, on July 27.
She told authorities she did not want any legal action and asked people to stop sharing the video, because she did not want her face to appear anywhere.
The police are still investigating, and Sachdeva has been released on bail while the case continues.
