Gurgaon penthouse sells for Rs 271 crore on Billionaire's Row

Some very rich people in India spend huge amounts of money on their homes.

A super special apartment called a penthouse was just sold in a city called Gurgaon, which is right next to Delhi.

It cost a mind-blowing amount of money: Rs 271 crore.

That is one of the biggest amounts ever paid for a single home in India.

The apartment is in a brand-new fancy building called The Dahlias.

The area where it is located is nicknamed 'Billionaire's Row' because rich people love to live there.

Other fancy homes in the same area have also sold for more than Rs 100 crore.

The company that built these homes is called DLF.

These prices show that Gurgaon has become a place where India's most expensive homes are bought and sold, just like in the city of Mumbai.
