He paid ₹271 crore for a penthouse, a special apartment at the top of a building, in Gurugram.

The penthouse is enormous, with a super area of about 17,200 square feet.

It is in a luxury building project called The Dahlias, built by a big company named DLF.

Manav's family runs a business called Imperial Auto that makes parts for cars and machines.

The business was started by his father in 1969 and was later bought by another big company called Warburg Pincus.

Other famous people have also bought homes in The Dahlias, including a famous cricketer named Shikhar Dhawan and an investor named Madhusudan Murlidhar Kela.

The Dahlias has about 420 homes across eight tall towers, and most of them have already been sold.

This shows that very expensive homes in Gurugram are becoming more and more popular, and the city is starting to compete with Mumbai for India's most expensive addresses.
