Counterfeit ₹500 Notes Worth ₹1 Crore Seized in Virar

Police in Virar found a big bag full of fake money.

The money looked like ₹500 notes, but it was not real.

There were 20,000 of these fake notes, worth ₹1 crore in total.

That is a very large amount of money!

The police stopped a Kia car near the highway and found the bag inside.

They also took one person into custody.

Now the police are counting and checking the notes carefully at the police station.

They are trying to find out who made the fake money and who is behind it all.

Making or using fake money is against the law, so police work hard to stop it.
