Woman Murdered, Body Set on Fire by Boyfriend
A woman in India was very badly hurt by her boyfriend, and sadly, she died.
Her name was Sk Haseena and she was 25 years old.
The police say her boyfriend, Jilugu Bala Saidulu, did this.
The two had been together for five years.
Police think he became suspicious of her and asked her to meet him somewhere.
They say he took her to a quiet spot near a canal and killed her.
Then they say he poured petrol on her body and set it on fire.
After that, he ran away and told his father he wanted to hurt himself.
His father called the police right away.
The police found the man and are holding him in custody.
Sk Haseena (25), a Chilakaluripet resident, was allegedly murdered and her body burnt by her boyfriend Jilugu Bala Saidulu.
The killing took place near the NSP canal in Karempudi mandal and came to light on Friday, four days after the incident.
Police suspect Saidulu doubted Haseena's fidelity and lured her to Karempudi on the pretext of meeting her.
He reportedly took her to a secluded spot, murdered her, poured petrol on her body and set it on fire, then fled.
Saidulu told his father he was contemplating suicide, his father alerted the Chilakaluripet police, and the accused was taken into custody.
