Andhra Pradesh AI Grievance System Aims to Improve Citizen Services
AI-powered PGRS makes grievance redressal process citizen-friendly, says Andhra govt · thehansindia.com

Andhra Pradesh has started using artificial intelligence to help people report problems to the government.

Citizens can use a chatbot on their phones to register complaints.

They can also check what is happening with their complaints.

About 23,100 complaints have been filed through the chatbot.

The system helps officials find places where many complaints remain unsolved.

It also asks citizens for feedback after a complaint is resolved.

Four districts were highlighted for using good methods to solve complaints.

Officials were also asked to use the AWARE app and website more often.

AWARE provides information about rain, water supplies, diseases and other conditions in real time.
