India-Vietnam Ties Rooted in Trust, Mutual Respect, Goodwill

Sherpa linked India's Viksit Bharat @ 2047 and Vietnam's Vietnam2045 national goals, and wished both nations well on their respective Independence Days on August 15 and September 2.
