A new bridge called a flyover is opening in Pune, a city in India.

It connects two neighborhoods called Keshavnagar and Kharadi.

Many people who live and travel there have been waiting a long time for this bridge.

It will finally open to the public on Sunday, August 16.

There will be a special opening ceremony at 4 pm.

A government leader named Murlidhar Mohol will officially open the bridge.

The flyover is about 411 metres long and 24 metres wide, and cars can travel on it in both directions.

It should make traffic move faster and cut travel time between the two areas.

The project cost about ₹23.47 crore, and almost ₹23 crore has already been spent.

Now people can finally use the new route.
