Bhopal Municipal Corporation Drops to 11th in CM Helpline Rankings

Bhopal Municipal Corporation came 11th out of 16 corporations.

Bhopal recorded 5,903 complaints, including a 51.21 satisfactory-closure weightage and 8.01 for complaints pending over 50 days.
Jabalpur Municipal Corporation topped the rankings with a score of 98.86, followed by Khandwa and Sagar.
The Public Service Management Department led the department-wise grading, while the Department of Law and Legal Affairs ranked last.
