Bhopal Municipal Corporation Drops to 11th in CM Helpline Rankings
Madhya Pradesh uses a CM Helpline to track public complaints.
The complaints are used to grade municipal corporations and government departments.
Bhopal Municipal Corporation came 11th out of 16 corporations.
Its score was 89.03.
Jabalpur came first with a score of 98.86.
Khandwa was second and Sagar was third.
Indore ranked 10th, while Rewa came last.
The Public Service Management Department was the best-ranked department.
Bhopal Municipal Corporation ranked 11th among Madhya Pradesh’s 16 municipal corporations, with a weighted score of 89.03.
The ranking covered complaints received and resolved between July 1 and July 31, as assessed on August 21.
Bhopal recorded 5,903 complaints, including a 51.21 satisfactory-closure weightage and 8.01 for complaints pending over 50 days.
Jabalpur Municipal Corporation topped the rankings with a score of 98.86, followed by Khandwa and Sagar.
The Public Service Management Department led the department-wise grading, while the Department of Law and Legal Affairs ranked last.
