MP Chief Secretary Urges Low-Performing Districts To Improve Complaint Disposal

A big government officer in Madhya Pradesh named Ashok Barnwal had a meeting with people who help run districts.

The meeting was about a program called the Jan Vishwas campaign.

This program helps people get their problems solved by the government.

People can send their complaints through a service called Lok Sewa or by calling the CM Helpline.

Some districts are doing a very good job and have fewer complaints.

But other districts are not doing so well.

Mr. Barnwal told those districts to work harder and fix complaints faster.

He said each district should make its own plan to do better.

He also said officers should do inspections when they travel under the campaign.

The meeting happened in Bhopal, and district officers joined it using video calls.
