They found problems such as expired food, pests and poor storage.

Some vegetables were spoiled, and some food labels may not have followed the rules.

At Pista House, officials seized dry fruits, noodles and potato chips.

These items were worth about Rs 17,500.

Officials also collected 11 food samples to check whether they were adulterated.

The samples will be tested in a laboratory.

The restaurants received notices and may face more action if violations are confirmed or problems are not fixed.
