NCERT Releases New Grade 9 Social Science Textbook Part 2
NCERT has created a new Social Science book for Grade 9 students.
It is called “Understanding Society: India and Beyond,” Part 2.
The book will be sold starting September 29, 2026.
People can buy it from NCERT stores, approved sellers, the NCERT website and Amazon.
The book is part of a larger change in school education.
This change follows the National Curriculum Framework and the National Education Policy.
