NCERT Announces Two New Class 9 Textbooks for 2026-27
NCERT has announced two new books for Grade 9 students.
One book is for Mathematics, and the other is for Social Science.
The Mathematics book is called “Ganita Manjari - Part 2.”
It became available on September 21, 2026.
The Social Science book is called “Understanding Society: India & Beyond - Part 2.”
It will be available from September 30, 2026.
Students, parents, teachers, and schools can buy the books from NCERT counters, its website, or Amazon.
NCERT says the books follow newer education guidelines.
