Bangladesh stun Australia with historic nine-wicket Test win in Darwin

Bangladesh is a country that plays cricket, a sport that is very popular there.

They traveled to Darwin, a city in Australia, to play a special, long kind of cricket game called a Test match.

For 23 years, Bangladesh was not invited to play a Test series against Australia, and many people did not take them seriously.

In a practice game just before the match, their batters were bowled out for only 54 runs.

But the players stayed brave and determined.

Their bowlers threw the ball so well that Australia was bowled out for 198 and then 284 runs.

Their batter Tanzid Hasan also scored a hundred runs by himself.

In the end, Bangladesh won the match by nine wickets, their first-ever Test win in Australia.

Captain Najmul Hossain Shanto called it the biggest moment for Bangladesh cricket, and even Australia's captain admitted Bangladesh played better in every way.
