Meta explains Modi video takedown to Indian government officials
The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, made a special video to talk to young people.
In the video, he said the government would take strict action against people who leak exam papers.
The video was put on Facebook, but for a little while Facebook took it down.
Many people were upset about this.
