Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam Celebrated With Devotion in Vemareddipalli
People in Vemareddi Palli held a religious celebration for the wedding of Sri Sita and Rama.
The event took place on Sunday.
Former minister Dr Palle Raghunatha Reddy attended the ceremony.
He offered special prayers and watched the rituals.
He also gave Rs 50,000 to help develop the temple.
The money was provided on behalf of MLA Palle Sindhura Reddy.
Organizers served food to many visiting devotees through an Annadanam program.
Local Telugu Desam Party leaders, village elders, and temple administrators joined the celebration.
