Haryana Assembly Unanimously Passes Resolution on Guru Ravidas Abhiyan
The Haryana Assembly agreed to support a special campaign honoring Guru Ravidas.
The campaign is connected to the 650th Prakash Parv of Guru Ravidas.
It began on July 29 and will continue until February 20, 2027.
Its goal is to encourage equality, kindness, service and peace between communities.
Sacred soil from Guru Ravidas’s birthplace in Varanasi was brought to Haryana.
People are taking this soil to villages and districts and mixing it with soil from local temples.
A special yatra will travel across Haryana from October 5 to November 5.
Schools, colleges and other educational centres will also hold programmes about the campaign.

A Kalash Yatra carrying sacred soil from Seer Govardhanpur in Varanasi reached Haryana on August 4.
The Samrasta Yatra is scheduled to travel through Haryana from October 5 to November 5, followed by educational outreach programmes.
