Kishan Reddy Attacks BRS, Congress Over Debt, Rail Plans
G. Kishan Reddy criticized two political parties that have governed Telangana.
He said the BRS and Congress left the state with very large debts.
He also accused the Congress government of allowing corruption and commissions.
