BJP leader: Telangana development carried out with central government funds

On Independence Day, a leader from the BJP party in Telangana gave a big speech in Hyderabad.

His name is N Ramachander Rao.

He said that many good buildings and projects in Telangana were paid for with money from the central government.

He listed things like a tribal university and a fertiliser factory that got help.

Then he said the Congress party, which runs the state government, is doing a bad job.

He said the state owes more than 4.5 lakh crore rupees and that Congress made the debt even bigger.

He said Congress broke promises it made to people, like giving extra help to certain groups.

He also said the government has not paid about 12,000 crore rupees for students' education fees.

He complained that land might be given to builders and that people might have to pay more taxes.
