DIKSHA Trainees Awarded Certificates in Kadapa
The Dalmia Bharat Foundation (DBF) held a special event in Kadapa to give certificates to 55 young people who finished courses in General Duty Assistant (GDA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Out of these, 39 got jobs in big healthcare and service companies.
The DIKSHA Centre, which started in June 2023, has trained 567 youth and helped 409 find jobs.
A bank called Karur Vysya Bank is now helping by sponsoring one batch in each trade.
The goal is to give rural youth the skills they need to get good jobs.
Dalmia Bharat Foundation (DBF) organized a valedictory ceremony for DIKSHA trainees in Kadapa.
