Sabarmati Jammu Tawi Express Extended to Run Till Katra
A train named the Sabarmati Jammu Tawi Express is getting a longer route.
It used to end in Jammu, but now it will keep going to a town called Katra.
Katra is the starting point for pilgrims who visit the Vaishno Devi shrine.
Before, passengers had to change trains at Jammu to reach Katra.
Now they can stay on the same train for the whole trip.
This saves travelers time and money.
Many people from Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab and western India will benefit.
On the way, the train will stop at a station in Udhampur.
The government has approved the plan, but the starting date has not been announced yet.

The train will stop at Shaheed Captain Tushar Mahajan station in Udhampur before reaching Shri Mata Vaishno Devi railway station at Katra.
