G Kishan Reddy urges GHMC to tackle monsoon drainage problems

Every year, India gets a season of heavy rain called the monsoon.

This rain can cause big problems if drains get blocked.

In Hyderabad, the drains are full of dirt and garbage called silt.

This blocked dirt makes the drains leak and causes trouble for people.

A very important government leader named G Kishan Reddy is not happy about this.

He said the city's cleaning department, called GHMC, is being careless and lazy.

He told them to work harder and fix the problem properly.

The government is spending Rs 30 crore to make things better.

That money will be used to repair canals, put in new pipes, and build new roads.

A new road was already started on Saturday to help make the city better.
