Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq, Formula E Edition Facelift Launch Live
Mahindra makes cars in India, and it just showed off some new versions of its electric car, the BE 6.
The new versions are called the BE 6 Sporteq Edition and the BE 6 Formula E Edition.
They were shown at Mahindra's special event for India's Independence Day in 2026.
The Sporteq Edition has a brand-new dashboard with three screens inside the car.
The Formula E Edition has a fresh look on the outside, with C-shaped lights.
These are updates to the same car, not brand-new cars with big mechanical changes.
On the first day of the event, Mahindra also showed a new pickup truck called the Scorpio Lifestyler.
The pickup will go on sale in India by April 2027.
It will cost less than Rs 19.79 lakh.
Mahindra will share prices, range and features for the BE 6 editions during the event.
Mahindra's Independence Day 2026 showcase entered its second day with the BE 6 Sporteq and updated BE 6 Formula E Edition taking centre stage.
The BE 6 Sporteq features a significantly revised cabin with a triple-screen dashboard, a new colour scheme and a redesigned centre console.
The BE 6 Formula E Edition is expected to receive fresh exterior styling, including C-shaped lighting elements, while retaining its Formula E-inspired identity.
Both editions are expected to bring updates to the existing BE 6 rather than major mechanical changes.
The Scorpio Lifestyler global pickup, unveiled on day one, will launch in India by April 2027 with a starting price below Rs 19.79 lakh ex-showroom.
