MCC NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 Registration Closes Today

Every year, many students in India take a big test called NEET UG because they want to study medicine.

After the test, a group called the Medical Counselling Committee helps decide which students get seats in medical colleges.

This is called counselling.

Right now, the first round of counselling is happening.

Students must register online at the official website mcc.nic.in.

Registration closes today at 2:00 PM, so they need to hurry.

After registering, students can choose the colleges they like and lock in their choices on August 17.

The computer will help give out seats, and the first round results come on August 19.

Students who get a seat must report to their new college between August 20 and August 25.

That is how students begin their journey to becoming doctors or nurses.
