Andhra Pradesh MSMEs Sign 88 MoUs With Overseas Buyers
Andhra Pradesh held a three-day business meeting for small and medium-sized companies.
It took place in Visakhapatnam from August 19 to 21.
More than 40 buyers from 25 countries attended.
More than 250 local businesses also joined.
They held planned one-to-one meetings to discuss selling products in other countries.
The meetings resulted in 88 agreements called MoUs.
Buyers gave feedback about product quality, packaging, prices and delivery.
Officials said the event could help businesses, farmers and rural enterprises reach more customers around the world.

More than 40 overseas buyers from 25 countries met over 250 Andhra Pradesh MSMEs.
The event was organised by the Andhra Pradesh MSME Development Corporation and the Federation of Indian Export Organisations under the RAMP Scheme.
Participating businesses represented agriculture, processed foods, spices, rice, marine products, textiles, chemicals and engineering sectors.
Organisers said negotiations could lead to export orders after product evaluations, sample approvals and commercial follow-up.
