Myntra Plans 26,000 Seasonal Jobs for Big Fashion Festival
Myntra is hiring more than 26,000 temporary workers for its Big Fashion Festival.
These workers will help prepare and deliver customers’ orders.
About 8,000 people will work as delivery partners.
Another 2,700 people will help customers through service roles.
Other workers will sort, check and pack products.
They will work at five Myntra centres in different cities.
Myntra is also planning rewards and team activities for employees.
A program called She Warrior will let women workers present ideas and receive recognition.

Myntra will offer performance rewards, team challenges and the women-focused She Warrior innovation competition during the festive period.
