Sainik School Korukonda invests new cadet leaders for 2026-27
At a special school in Visakhapatnam called Sainik School Korukonda, students had a big ceremony.
It is called an investiture ceremony and happens every year.
During the ceremony, some older students were given new badges.
These badges show that they are the leaders of the school for the new year.
The principal, Group Captain SS Shastri, gave the badges to the students.
The vice principal made the new leaders take an oath to be honest and hardworking.
The school also gave special banners and trophies to houses that did very well last year.
A new school magazine called 'Saikorian 2025-26' was shared with everyone.
At the end, the new leaders went to the War Memorial to remember soldiers who died for the country.
It was a proud day for the whole school.

Principal Group Captain SS Shastri, the chief guest, conferred rank badges on Class XII and Class XI school appointments, house appointments, and class prefects.
Vice Principal Wing Commander Kiran V administered the oath of office to the newly appointed cadet leadership.
The Principal's banners and institutional trophies for the 2025–26 academic year were presented to trophy-winning houses.
The annual school magazine 'Saikorian 2025-26' was released, and Class XII appointments paid homage at the War Memorial.
