Student leaders pledge duty at St Theresa's investiture ceremony

A college called St Theresa's Autonomous Women's College had a special ceremony for its new student leaders.

The ceremony happened on Thursday in the town of Eluru.

A doctor named Dr Venu Gopala Raju came to talk to the students about being good leaders.

He said leaders bring responsibility and should work together with their classmates.

He also said that perseverance, discipline, and hard work are the stepping stones to success.

The new student union president, Kumari Jnani Jain, and her team promised to do their jobs responsibly and help the college grow.

The principal, Dr Sunila Rani Pudota, told the leaders to plan carefully and solve problems.

Another leader, Souda Siddiqui, shared a report about what the students had done this academic year.

The college management thanked the doctor for his speech.
