Nepal-Tibet Floods Leave Hundreds Dead, More Than 1,400 Missing
Severe floods and landslides struck areas around the Nepal-Tibet border.

Many affected people were trekking, on guided tours, working on hydropower projects or traveling to sacred Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar.
