Netanyahu Calls PM Modi to Discuss West Asia Developments

A very important leader called another very important leader on the phone.

Benjamin Netanyahu, the leader of Israel, called Narendra Modi, the leader of India.

They talked about what is happening in West Asia, a part of the world where a conflict has been going on for more than five months.

They also talked about how India and Israel work together as partners and agreed to keep in touch.

The conflict in West Asia still does not have a permanent solution.

Iran said it is almost done writing an agreement with Oman about the Strait of Hormuz, a very important waterway for ships carrying oil and gas.

Two Israeli soldiers were sadly killed in Lebanon during this time.

Before the conflict began, nearly one-fifth of the world's oil and natural gas travelled through the Strait of Hormuz.
