Netanyahu thanks Modi after West Asia call, says ties strengthen

Two world leaders talked on the phone.

They were the leader of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, and the leader of India, Narendra Modi.

They talked about a war happening in a part of the world called West Asia that has lasted more than five months.

They also talked about how their two countries can keep being strong friends.

India and Israel have a special partnership that keeps getting stronger.

After the call, Netanyahu thanked Modi on a social media site called X. He wrote that together they will keep strengthening the bond between Israel and India.

The two leaders agreed to stay in touch.

Many countries worry the fighting could affect energy supplies and trade routes, especially near a very important waterway called the Strait of Hormuz.
