India, Iran explore education, research cooperation at BRICS meeting

Important leaders from several countries met in a city in India called Bhubaneswar to talk about schools, universities and science.

The education leader of India met the science and technology leader of Iran.

They agreed that their countries should work together so students can learn in each other's countries and researchers can share ideas.

They also talked about using computers and the internet to help people learn.

The leaders all agreed on a big plan called the BRICS Education Ministers' Declaration.

The plan says countries should help little children learn, teach people job skills, and make it easier for universities to cooperate.

It also supports working together on new inventions and helping young people start businesses.

India hosted the meeting and led this year's BRICS group.

All the countries at the meeting agreed to the plan together.
