Nadda Reviews Assam Flood Relief, Rehabilitation, and Health Measures
Assam is a state in India that gets flooded by rivers when it rains a lot.
This year the floods have been very bad.
A very important minister from the central government, named J P Nadda, came to visit.
He wanted to see how people are being helped.
He went to places called Sivasagar and Dibrugarh.
He met families whose loved ones died in the floods.

The floods have taken the lives of 95 people this year.

Six more deaths on Wednesday took Assam's flood toll this year to 95.
Around 1.6 lakh people are affected across 14 districts of Assam.
