Delhi to implement HR management system
The Delhi government is setting up a new computer system to manage its employees.
This system will help keep track of employee details, process salaries, and handle invoices automatically.
It will also have features to monitor attendance, manage promotions, and ensure the government follows all the necessary rules.
The system will be able to handle information for up to 20,000 employees and will be connected to the government's existing financial systems.
A company called ICSIL, which is a partnership between the central government and Delhi, will be in charge of setting up this system.
