A man named Lanka Dinakar went to meet the Chief Minister of his state, N Chandrababu Naidu.

He gave him a big report about how government programs are working.

The report was written after holding meetings in every district of the state.

It also included ideas learned from visiting other states.

Dinakar talked about people who weave cloth by hand, called handloom weavers.

He visited places where weavers live and said they need health checkups and support.

He suggested forming small groups of weavers that could get help like other self-help groups.

He also said big places like temple trusts should buy cloth from these weavers first.

Finally, he asked for a plan to build new water reservoirs and clean existing ones.

The Chief Minister agreed to look at his suggestions.
