Dinakar submits development review report to Chief Minister Naidu
A man named Lanka Dinakar went to meet the Chief Minister of his state, N Chandrababu Naidu.
He gave him a big report about how government programs are working.
The report was written after holding meetings in every district of the state.

Dinakar talked about people who weave cloth by hand, called handloom weavers.

He also said big places like temple trusts should buy cloth from these weavers first.
Finally, he asked for a plan to build new water reservoirs and clean existing ones.
The Chief Minister agreed to look at his suggestions.
Lanka Dinakar, chairman of the Twenty Points Programme (Viksit Bharat–Swarna Andhra Pradesh) Implementation Committee, submitted a development review report to Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu at the State Secretariat in Amaravati.
The report covered findings from two rounds of district-level review meetings held across all districts, State-level reviews, and study visits to other States.
Dinakar highlighted handloom weavers' issues from field visits to Kodumuru and Madanapalle, proposing preventive healthcare and the formation of small weavers' groups with revolving fund support.
He recommended procurement priority for such weavers' groups in textile purchases by institutions like the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
He urged the State to discuss with the Centre a national mission for constructing new reservoirs and large-scale desilting as part of a long-term water resource strategy.
