Arunachal Pradesh CM hands appointment orders to 72 specialist doctors
In a state called Arunachal Pradesh, which is in India, the leader, Chief Minister Pema Khandu, gave official job papers to 72 brand-new doctors.
These doctors passed a difficult test to get their jobs.
They will help sick people in towns and villages.
The state is also setting up special machines so doctors can do kidney transplants at a hospital called TRIHMS.
This means sick people will not have to travel far away for this kind of treatment.
The state will give money to help families pay for very expensive operations.
Families can get up to Rs 12 lakh for a kidney transplant, Rs 17 lakh for a bone marrow transplant, and Rs 22 lakh for a liver transplant.
