Pune Metro Extends Services During Ganeshotsav With Overnight Operations
Pune Metro is changing its timetable for Ganeshotsav 2026.
From September 14 to 16, trains will run from 6 am until 11 pm.
From September 17 to 24, trains will run later, until 2 am.
This gives people more time to visit Ganpati celebrations and return home.
September 18 is marked as Gauri Pujan in the timetable.
For Anant Chaturdashi, trains will run continuously for 41 hours.
This service begins at 6 am on September 25 and ends at 11 pm on September 26.
Normal Metro hours will return on September 27.
Pune Metro called the service an eco-friendly way to travel during the festival.
Pune Metro will operate from 6 am to 11 pm between September 14 and 16, 2026.
