Bandi Praises PM Modi's Free AI Training Plan for Youth

India's leader, the Prime Minister, made a big promise in a speech on Independence Day.

He said one crore (that's ten million) young people can learn about artificial intelligence, or AI, for free.

AI is the technology that helps computers do smart things, like answering questions.

A minister named Bandi Sanjay Kumar said this is a wonderful gift for young people.

He thanked the Prime Minister for helping many people find jobs too.

But the minister was not happy with the state government of Telangana.

He said the state is not being open about how it shares free rice and other help.

He also said the state does not put the Prime Minister's photo on its ration cards.

The central government gives free rice to many families in Telangana.

The minister is asking the state government to be fair and transparent, and to work with the central government.
