IMD Warns of Heavy Rain Across Several Indian States

Odisha and Chhattisgarh faced a chance of especially intense rain on August 31.

Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh could also receive very heavy rain.

Delhi was expected to be hot and mostly dry on August 31.

Rain could begin increasing there from September 1.

By September 2, Delhi could become cooler and cloudier.

The weather agency warned that some places could face flash floods and advised people to follow local alerts.
