Heavy Rain Threatens Odisha and Chhattisgarh as Delhi Expects Showers
India’s monsoon is bringing rain to many states.
Odisha and Chhattisgarh are among the places facing the greatest risk of very heavy rain.
Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Gangetic West Bengal may also get heavy rain.
Delhi could see a short spell of rain and thunderstorms on Tuesday afternoon or evening.

The rain could cause waterlogging, flooding in low-lying areas, travel disruption and flash floods in parts of central and eastern India.
