IMD Forecasts Heavy to Very Heavy Rain Across India

The weather experts in India told everyone that it would rain a lot on Saturday.

Rains were expected in many parts of the country, from the north to the south.

Some places would get very heavy rain, along with thunder, lightning and strong winds.

People were told to be careful near flooded roads and areas full of water.

Fishermen were also asked not to go out to sea near the coasts of Oman, Karnataka and Kerala.

The day before, on Friday, there was already really heavy rain in Delhi.

Roads flooded so much that cars and bikes got stuck in the water.

In some places, the water was almost as deep as a very tall adult.

The weather office said more rain is coming, so everyone should stay safe.
