17 Trains Diverted During Bina-Agasod Yard Remodelling in October
Railway workers are upgrading train yards at Bina and Agasod stations.
The work will help connect a third railway line between the two stations.
Because of this construction, 17 train services will take different routes in October 2026.
Some trains will travel through places such as Jabalpur, Itarsi, Katni and Kota.
The diversions will happen on different dates between October 1 and October 15.
Several Rewanchal Express services are included.
The Gondwana Express will also have a one-day route change.
Passengers should check their train details before travelling because routes and stops may change.
Seventeen train services will use alternate routes during October 2026 because of yard remodelling at Bina and Agasod stations.
The work supports construction of a third railway line connecting Bina with Agasod.
Pre-non-interlocking and non-interlocking work is scheduled in phases from September 1 to October 15, 2026.
Affected services include the Rewanchal, Gondwana, Bhopal-Jodhpur, Bhopal-Howrah and Bhopal-Dhanbad trains.
Passengers have been advised to check revised routes, stoppages, origins, destinations and train status before departure.
