Three Arrested During Kadapa Matka Gambling Raid Near Temple
Police in Kadapa arrested three people on Monday.
They were accused of running an illegal Matka gambling activity.
The activity was allegedly happening near the Yellamma temple in Achari Colony.
Police said the suspects collected numbers and money from people.
Officers raided the location at about 9 a.m.
They found ₹93,360 in cash, three Matka slips and three pens.
The arrested people were identified as Sheikh Khaja Bhanu, Kashi Vikramachari and Rajampalli Siva.
Police registered a case and said more legal action will follow.
